Company Registration including the drafting of Memorandum and Articles of Association, legal representatives, directors, shareholders and company secretary; application for exemption in terms of the Exchange Control Act; submission of required documents to the competent Authority; application for Advance Revenue Ruling; application for all tax requirements; and opening of bank accounts; combined register and share certificates.

Nominee Shareholding service is provided by our Licensed Nominee Company namely La Vallette Fiduciaire Ltd registered under C23110. Registered Office Facility is provided if required by using our business address. Directorship service is provided either in person or by our Licensed Nominee Company namely La Vallette Fiduciaire Ltd registered under C23110. Company Secretary service is provided by one of our staff. Offices Services include private secretary (temping), Word Processing, Photocopying & Refreshments can be arranged. Invoicing including re-invoicing and batch invoicing can be provided on any frequency by prearrangement. Accounting for all kinds of corporate transactions and reporting can be also arranged up to audit level. Documentation requirements and other documentation are provided on request. Personalised Telephone Answering - A designated telephone line is professionally answered in English or Italian in customer's name as required. Messages are registered and processed according to predetermined instructions.

Fax Service - Fax Service is available for receiving faxes on customers' behalf and faxes are processed according to predetermined instructions.

Mailing Address - A mailing address facility is available to bonafide customers and all mail is processed according to predetermined instructions.

Meeting Room - CSB's Office is centrally located in Valletta the capital city of Malta and arrangements can be made for interested parties to make use of a Meeting Room. Meeting Room is available on a full day basis or on a half-day basis. Conference rooms at leading International Hotels can also be organised.

VISAS FOR MALTA Can be arranged upon request. Visas are generally not required for most of the Nationalities. As visas are not issued on arrival we can assist in the provision of an entry visa. RESIDENCE PERMITS Our Government encourages foreigners to take up residence in Malta and we can assist in the application for such a permit. Basic rate of taxable income is a flat 15% on the declared income (less tax rebates as applicable) with a minimum of Lm1,000 annually. BANK ACCOUNTS We offer Foreign Corporate Bodies as well as foreigners as individuals the possibility of opening bank accounts in any currency with major international banks in Malta be it term, saving, or current accounts including the issue of Visa or Master credit cards.
